Our client had 10' of space to play with, but didn't want one 10' wide vanity. Furthermore, he wanted a hybrid traditional/contemporary look and prefered the use of stone to glass for his countertop. Our design team suggested two 42"
Alba vanities but with marble countertops (instead of glass) with mid-mounted porcelain vessels. In between the two vanities, we created a custom 36" linen cabinet with pull-out drawers and frosted glass doors. The client loved the idea, and the end result is posted here. In situations such as this where there is plenty of space, a vanity-cabinet-vanity solution is often more practical than one enormous vanity.
